Overview

Our aim is for you to be satisfied with the products you purchase and the service you receive. We will accept returns caused by our error, and take the loss of quarantine inspections and/or destruction. Any error or damage has to be reported to Guna upon receipt of the package, by phone or fax. All returns must be authorized by GUNA prior to returning the product.

An authorized return, based on our error, will be issued a call tag by GUNA, at our expense. After 3 months no returns will be accepted. Products that have been opened cannot be accepted and will be destroyed upon receipt without compensation to the purchaser.

  • There is a 15% restocking fee on the price of the product.
  • There are no fees for defective products.
  • A fixed cost of $10.00 will be charged if you purchase the wrong product.

Refunds

Cash refunds are not available, however, we can offer credit towards the next purchase. We kindly ask for your comprehension and acceptance of this policy, but we are required to meet the highest standards, and we are concerned for our customers and their patients safety. Adherence to the above policy we will provide you with assurance of a quality product and timely service.

Brand guidelines

Guna Inc requires that all product advertisements list the Suggested Patient Price. Guna Inc, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to discontinue doing business with any customer that advertises any product(s) at a price lower than the Suggest Retail Price. Sales may ONLY be made to patients/clients with whom you have an established professional relationship. Acceptance of the products ordered implies acceptance and compliance with these terms.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Guna Inc. – 3724 Crescent Court West Whitehall, PA 18052, USA.

Any error or damage has to be reported to Guna upon receipt of the package, by email, phone or fax. All returns must be authorized by GUNA prior to returning the product. Guna will issue a call tag in these circumstances.

Guna will issue/supply call tag based on the customers preference: Email or UPS driver pick up.
