Healthcare Professional Channel
GUNA Inc. is the U.S. distributor of GUNA products, developed by GUNA S.p.A. in Italy. GUNA products are used by healthcare professionals across a range of clinical and wellness-focused practices.
We are exploring opportunities to work with independent sales representatives who already have relationships in healthcare professional, integrative medicine, functional medicine, wellness, supplement, homeopathic, or related professional markets.
This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity. It is not an employee position and does not include a base salary, draw, employee benefits, or guaranteed compensation.
Opportunity Overview
Independent sales representatives may introduce GUNA products to appropriate healthcare professional accounts and refer qualified customer opportunities to GUNA for review.
This opportunity may include:

Introducing GUNA products to qualified healthcare professional accounts

Identifying potential new customer opportunities within approved account types

Sharing GUNA-approved company and product information

Referring interested customers and sales opportunities to GUNA

Supporting awareness of GUNA products within appropriate professional healthcare channels
All customer opportunities, commission eligibility, and sales terms are subject to GUNA’s review and the terms of a written Independent Sales Representative Agreement.
Compliance
Because GUNA products are used in professional healthcare settings, compliant communication is very important.
Independent representatives may only use GUNA-approved sales, marketing, labeling, and product materials. Representatives may not make unauthorized product, medical, therapeutic, regulatory, comparative, efficacy, reimbursement, or disease-related claims on behalf of GUNA or its products.

Operates as an independent sales, consulting, marketing, or business development professional

Has existing relationships in healthcare professional or adjacent wellness markets

Is comfortable introducing products to healthcare professionals, clinic staff, office managers, or business owners

Understands the importance of compliant product communication

Can work independently and manage their own business development efforts

Has experience with professional healthcare products, integrative medicine, functional medicine, supplements, homeopathy, or related categories

Is legally authorized to provide services in the United States and enter into an independent contractor agreement with GUNA Inc.
Compensation
This is a commission-only opportunity.
Commissions are based on eligible sales as defined in a written Independent Sales Representative Agreement.
There is no base salary, draw, employee benefits, or guaranteed compensation.
