Follow the dosage directions on the side of the package or as directed by your physician.
- Turn the tube upside down and rotate the cap to break the seal and release pellets into the cap
- Unscrew the cap and without touching the pellets tip them into the mouth, under the tongue
- Allow to dissolve
- Replace cap and store the product

- Adults and children over 12 years: 5 pellets, 3 times per day.
- Children 6 – 12 years: 3 pellets, 3 times per day.
- Children under 6 years: Consult a physician.
- Take on an empty stomach. Take 15 minutes before meals.
